sunglasses are not headbands. if you are wearing sunglasses and happen to need to take them off momentarily, it is okay to push them up into your hair. however, if it is dark or overcast and you put the sunglasses in your hair prior to leaving the house, you are using them as a headband and i would love to slap you for it.
